The MLS

The MLS is one of the most powerful tools we have in selling your home. The MLS is the database where all homes listed for sale are viewed by all Realtors and their buyers.  Your home will be listed on the MLS with:

  • A detailed description of your property
  • easy access to us through other Realtors to your home.
  • As many high quality photos as we can post.
  • A virtual tour
  • Showing instructions giving Realtors and their clients safe and easy access to your home through our secure lock box system.

FHA is a federally backed loan geared towards the first time home buyer. FHA buyers on average offer more on your home than conventional 20% buyers and cash buyers. Why?
